And of course she is suing the city. I love how people get rewarded for their stupidity. Maybe the judge can award her a big bottle of common sense and a watch where the f you’re going!

This is so true, but sad. It is sad because we suffer in the long run. If the manhole was not marked with warning signs, she almost certainly will be compensated with additional money.
