Well I agree but yet disagree. I guess my biggest argument is the statement "don't be that black" That's like telling someone that was raised in the hood, don't be that hood. Someone rich, don't be that rich. Or someone strucken on bad times and poor, don't be that poor, etc... One can never be "that" much of something that they are.

Better wording on your part can be used to get your point across; Don't be ignorant or disrespectful. Because making statements like that makes someone themself sound ignorant. (which I "think" i know is something that you are not) lol

But as you said, maybe that's just me and my crazy interpretations :-) lol....

B. Gizzle: I'd have to disagree that honking the horn is akin to a guy saying a girl is hot. In one situation (honking the horn) the intention is to be heard while in the other situation (saying a girl is hot) the intention is not to be heard, but simply to express an opinion. To me, honking the horn is more like a guy leaning out the window yelling "hey girl!" In both situations, the guy wants to be heard .. which to me is the same as intentionally disrespecting the guy.

But maybe that's just me and my crazy interpretations. :)

You are kind of racist, which is sad, but that's a whole different topic - I understand your point, but your arguement is a "black" dude hollering at a chick with intentions on disrespecting the guy. But the story you told was ya'll driving down the street and he honked the horn while the girl and guy are on the golf course which is like the situation Dub brought up, when a white dude says she's hot. How is honking a horn from the street the same as saying, "what are you doing with that dude, he ain't shit" And again as a side note, you are one to talk about stereotypes but you are clearly one of those ones that stereotype people a bunch...
